Return & Refund Policy

At Amanda Jeanne Artworks, I want you to love your purchase! Below is my policy for returns, exchanges, and order issues.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Original artwork & commissions – All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of my original pieces, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Merchandise (prints, sweatshirts, phone cases, etc.) – Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

If you’d like to return or exchange an eligible item:

  1. Email amanda@amandajeanneartworks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, I’ll provide return instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the item in its original condition, I will process a refund (minus original shipping costs) or send a replacement, depending on your request.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email amanda@amandajeanneartworks.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging.
  • Your order number.

I’ll work with you to replace or refund the item!

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as items are processed quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Original paintings & custom artwork (final sale)
  • Digital downloads (instant access, no returns)
  • Gift cards

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact me, and I’ll do my best to help.
