Retreat Registration Terms & Conditions (Full Payment Option)

1. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
Payments are non-refundable, but registrations can be transferred to another person if arranged at least 14 days before the retreat start date.
In the event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.

2. Liability Waiver
By registering, you acknowledge that participation in the retreat activities (including but not limited to painting, movement practices, and nature walks) is voluntary.
You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during the retreat.
The organizer and property owners are not liable for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Code of Conduct
This retreat is a safe and inclusive space for all participants. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or disruption will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
Participants agree to respect shared spaces, including accommodations and workshop areas.

4. Health & Safety
If you have any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs, you must disclose them at the time of registration.
Participants must comply with any local health guidelines in effect during the retreat.

5. Media Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included in photos, please inform the organizer in advance.
