🛒 Currency: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Customers outside of the U.S. may see additional fees due to currency conversion or international transaction charges from their payment provider.
2. Products & Orders
Original Artwork & Commissions
- All sales of original paintings and custom commissions are final and non-refundable.
- Colors and details may vary slightly due to screen differences and the nature of handmade artwork.
Merchandise (Prints, Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unused and in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Retreats & Event Bookings
By booking a Squirrel Brain Chickadee Soul Retreat, you agree to the following terms:
- Full payment must be made before the retreat starts.
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the retreat start date are eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.
- Attendees are responsible for their own travel, insurance, and accommodations unless otherwise stated.
- We are not liable for travel disruptions, illnesses, or injuries. It is recommended that attendees purchase travel insurance.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payments are processed securely through [PayPal, Stripe, or other payment provider].
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping times vary based on location and carrier delays are beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted for merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
- Original artwork, commissions, and retreat bookings cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property
- All artwork, designs, and content on this website are owned by Amanda Jeanne Artworks.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any artwork or designs without permission.
- Purchasing artwork does not grant copyright ownership—only the right to display the physical or digital copy.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for third-party issues (e.g., payment processing errors, shipping carrier delays).
- We do not guarantee that this website will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we strive to keep it running smoothly.
- By using this site, you agree to use it at your own risk.
- For retreat attendees, we are not responsible for any injuries, travel issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
- Retreat cancellations follow the Retreats & Event Bookings section above.
